Entering old rates. Draft @ CCB. Profile similaire à la Jai Alai, pas mal de fruits exotiques, le tout est complété par l’usage de baies de genièvre. Houblon fruité restant doux avec une amertume en retrait,

Tap at Rattle n Hum: Orange pour with good clarity and an off white film of head. Unique spicy herbal aroma. Apparent juniper and grapefruit citruses. Oily and hoppy body with plenty of aggressive citruses and herbal juniper spiciness. Nice and dry with just enough malt back. The finish is long, piny and bitter.

Twigs n Berries. Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Nose is big on cedar and juniper, big compounding here, spicy, wood, one dimensional. Flavor is very woody, lots of cedar, spice, volatile. Palate is woody.

This is a rating for "Twigs and Berries", a Cedar Aged Juniper IPA. Bottle from AskDrTodd - thanks! Aroma is that of gin and beer. There’s also some peppercorn in there. Flavor is a full tongue bitterness, with all kinds of floral notes. It’s like hops and gin together. Finishes clean, with the tongue wanting more. Pours copper with white head.

On draft at CCB Tasting Room Reopening. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nose is peppercorn, malt, caramel, slight citrus, and pine. Flavor is similar with peppercorn throughout and lingering hops. Finishes with hops and pepper. Interesting twist on Jai Alai.

32oz Growler. Pours a dark golden color with a nice white head. Nose is pine, hops, and sweet fragrant scents. Flavors are hops, sweet, woodsy, pine and citrus. Finishes bitter sweet, more bitter though. Nice medium body and the finish last for a while. Nice twist on the original.

growler shared by SOLAN. Piney juniper on the nose with cedar and pine resin. Pours pale golden with a thin white head. Big juniper flavor, pine resins, cedar with heavy citrus notes. I like the over all flavor i just wish with juniper was turned down a couple notches.

A: Pours a nice amber hue with a nice tall creamy head. Nice retention and lace. S: Aroma is big on citrus, with mild piny notes, and hints of caramel. T: Nice citrus and pine lead the way, light juniper, with hints of caramel, and a mild peach like sweetness. M: Medium in body, nice carbonation. D: Drinks pretty good, I like plain ol Jai Alai better though.

On tap at CCB pouring crystal clear copper with gold edges and off white head. The aroma begins sweet with citrus and spicy hops and then heads into mild levels of herbaliness and flower pedals. The taste is essential the new improved Jai Alai with its deliciously executed hop bill of rich citrus hop flavor, spicy hop flavor and then building into resiny piney hop bitterness. Well off in the background are sort of floral and herbal like notes.
