RoyalFlushing (34) - Mamaroneck, New York, USA - MAY 23, 2012
On tap at RnH. Deep black color with a thin tan head. Aroma of dark dried fruits and smoke are immediately apparent with notes of light chocolate sweetness that slowly develop. First sip begins with malt sweetness and baking chocolates before prune and slightly burnt toast are introduced. Liquid takes over the mouth and palate, however, a relatively smooth finish despite the alcohol content. Complex beer that is enjoyable to sip, but not drinkable.

RoyceH (1153) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - MAY 22, 2012
Tap at Rattle & Hum. Pitch black, thin beige head. Nose is smoky toasted malts, mmmm. Mouth is dry and balanced, gentle smokiness, tiny bit of barrel vanilla, smooth and quite light. End is burnt but easy drinking. Could be more complex, but still pretty great. ---via BeerBuddy
