The first sip I had of this was love. The more I drink though the more it tastes a little too sweet, almost like Orangina beer. Exciting new palate though!

Everything works in this beer. You can smell the orange peel up front. Citrus balance is perfect and then the white oak is a perfect compliment on the back end. The best citrus type beer I've had. A lot going on for a pale ale

Growler...Berliner Bash on the Bay 2013… Pours sparkling clear and golden with a fizzy, quickly dissipating, white head. The fruity aroma offers citrus peels and a whisper of pine. Medium to full-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is citrusy with subtle hints of resiny and rindy bitterness. Overall, this leans just a touch toward the sweet side of balance. Orange peel finish and lingering, rindy aftertaste. Growler courtesy of Burg326!

A: Golden Straw Hue, Passes Most Light, White Head Ring, Some Lacing
S: Oranges, Tangerines, Orange Rind, Marmalade
T: Orange Rind, Wheat
M: Decent Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Mildly Drying
Overall, pretty solid APA that is very session able and easy drinking...can’t get over the orange marmalade nose, so close to it.

9/13/13. On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange pour with a small off-white head. Doughy aroma, oranges, some pith, a bit waxy, candles or crayons or something. The flavor is the same, waxy orange, lingering bitterness, burnt orange maybe. It has a very specific flavor but I can’t quite place it. Very orangey, approaching candle territory.

Slightly hazy copper color. Sweet and malty up front. Very very weird flavors. Can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe orange juice? Hmmm.

Good. Basic CCB pale ale but with prominent orange peel. Makes it just unique enough. Not much beyond that.

Tap at CCB. Pour hazy yellow with white head. Lace well to the glass. Taste orange, hops, zest and lemon with some bitterness at the end. Good beer! I’ll drink more.

Another step in the road to CCB’s session beer dominance. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is a nice floral, grassy, and citrusy hop profile with some lemongrass and orange in the front. Flavor is similar with some nice citrus character all over- lemongrass and all manner of nice hoppiness. Light to medium in body and lingering hop punch in the finish.
