In Mobile, AL on business and decided to try this place called the shed that skippers up on this web site. So glad I did, I was greeted with this treat on tap. Pours a nice chocolate hue small brown head. Nice chocolate simba with hints of chocolate in the flavor. Instant favorite.

Ale is a nice brown color with a small foam cap. It fades to just a wispy veil.
Sweet smelling maltiness over a decent hop bill.
Tastes of sweet breads to start followed by coffee and espresso flavors ending with a hint of chocolate. Decent hop taste that doesnít interfere with the malts. Hops are there just for the bittering aspect I think.
Silky smooth and nicely balanced beer. Full bodied.
I think it lacks a bit on the appearance side, it needs a bit more foamy action.
Otherwise good, real good.

Excellent flavor with superb body. No bite. It does pour pretty flat with no head, but it is delicious.

330ml bottle from Slow Beer. Rating from May 2013. Great looking beer when poured and the thick brown head hangs around for a while.

Can from Mariís. Pours an ugly murky brown, fizzy like a coke. The aroma has plenty of roasted malt, chocolate notes, a bit of espresso. The taste has a nice mix of milk chocolate, coffee bean, fairly sweet but easy enough to drink. Not a bad beer from a guy who isnít big on brown ales.

TJ Tallahassee can. Good enough where I just drank the whole can and completely forgot to write notes. Reminded me of sweet, rich, milky, coffee with a hint of nuttiness.

Pours dark caramel brown with no head (I had the can on ice). Aroma is nutty with chocolate malt. There is also some smoky java character as well. Flavor is sweet and smoky with a predominance of the nutty flavor. The aftertaste is nutty and sweet as well. Very nice.

Canned. Mahogany body with a small beige head. Chocolately at first with some doughy notes, then a sweet lingering roast character. Thin but flavorful.
