A hearty brown ale that benefits from the silky mouthfeel provided by oatmeal, pairs great with Cigars.

Can into snifter glass. Brown color with off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, some roast, chocolate and nuttiness. Taste is the aroma adding some oatmeal and a tiny bit of smoke. Medium body, low carbonation, creamy yet crisp, with kind of a brown sugar finish. The can tells me to have this with a cigar, tempting. Very good.

12 oz can. The pour is a darker muddy brown with a thicker light khaki colored head that becomes fizzy as it settles down. The aroma is a bit roasty. There is a light roasted malt and a touch of sweet chocolate, but it's a brown. There's not a lot happening. The flavor is a little better. It's a touch milky. Nice roast and a prominent chocolate that brings it together. The mouth feel is decently thick with a strange carbonation and a lingeringly roasty finish. This isn't a bad brown by any means. I love the light chocolate tendency here this is solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft 5/13/15 (Brick House Tavern-Tampa)-Pours brown with a nice tan head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, malt, coffee, and vanilla. Taste the same with some dark fruits coming in. This medium bodied brew is tasty as I am not a fan of Brown Ales.

Tap at CBC Islington. Rather sweet base beer. Dark fruit, toffee, figs and honey. Light carbonation. Decent.

Great, easy-drinking brown ale. There are a lot of roasted and coffee flavors mixed together, and it works well. It’s easy to imagine drinking a few of these on a cold night.

L’équilibre est tel dans cette bière qu’à part son effervescence plutôt faible, je n’ai que de bons mots. Les ingrédients sont agencés de façon si harmonieuse que rien ne prend trop de place. Très bonne petite canette reçue en cadeau...

Can at Animal Kingdom. Nutty and chocolately. Smooth and creamy. Not ideal for 80 degree weather but still great.

Pours a brown from a can. Chocolate notes but not a lot of heavy maltiness. Good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
