sat next to the gentleman who entered onto rate beer. thank you for doing the hard work. poured relatively still and warm (because of cask/) tasted like bolita but with some cherry fruitty notes. decent beer for my first on cask.

Poured up on cask at the Cigar City Tasting room with deep amber body and garnet to infra red edges all supporting an off white head. The aroma is roasty to dark roasted malts as well as caramel and cinnamon covered ripe cherries to go along with a slight earthiness too. The taste has a pulse of cherries and dark roasted malts and then moving in the direction of thin layers of molasses and earthiness. It ends with cherry juice notes coming forward and lingering with a mild tartness heading into the after taste. It has a great dry, dark roasty and cherry juice after taste.

Pours a reddish brown with a bubbly head. Aroma is very light roasted malts. Cherry and bready. Taste is an underwhelming mix of dark fruits and maduro. Light mouthfeel. Watery. Not a fan of this beer

Cask @ CCB. Pours a still ruby brown. Nose is mild toast, unripe fruit, some semi sweet dark fruits. Flavor is mild dark fruit with bready, toasty notes.
