Draft… This beer rocks!... Beautiful, clear copper ale with a mid-sized, creamy, khaki head. Fantastic retention. Loads of maple wood in the aroma adds a maple syrup nuance that meshes perfectly with the chocolaty, nutty, caramel characteristics of the base beer. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. The flavor presents bourbon and maple aspects that play nicely with less significant notes of caramel, nuts and chocolate. Fairly crisp, mostly clean, lightly bitter finish. The maple wood transforms an excellent brown ale into a completely unique, world class drinking experience!
