3.9 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught. Iím a sucker for a brown, I must admit. same color as the regular Maduro and not so murky like the Humidor one. Aroma is hazelnut coffee, chocolate, roasted almonds, light cigar still (yes I know the cedar is gone but Iím getting a little wacky Tobaccy anyways, vanilla, and a touch of molasses. Really awesome nose and not so in your face like Humidor (although I loved that too). Flavor is similar starting sweet and ending bitter wet and long.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Pours a fairly translucent dark brown with garnet red corners. The head is a minimal 1 finger off white crown that rapidly dissipates and shows little lace.
Smell: Wow this is a nice complex one....vanilla, coffee, roast malt, caramel, a hint of spicy hops.
Taste: Take the nose and simply amplify it! Really well put together flavor profile hear. The slight touch of hops and the coffee note keep the vanilla and the caramel malt from being too sweet. They simply blend SEEMLESSLY!!!!
Mouthfeel: Fairly standard medium body with just enough carbonation. A touch thin if anything but Iím being really nit picky when I say that.
Drinkability: Low abv + medium body + delicious flavor = really drinkable brew!

Thanks again to HOPSHUNTER. Growler. Third one this week from that trade. Excellent carbonation. Intense vanilla aroma and taste. A brown ale kicked up as many notches as you want. Really fantastic and tasty.

Draft. Brown pour with some tan head. Vanilla, some other sugary malts, slight chocolate tones. Overall a sweetened brown ale that could be a great dessert beer.

[ Courtesy of plovmand ]. Clear medium to dark brown color with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, nutty notes, a danish candy called "laberlaver og de orange stykke i en pose lakridskonfekt". Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, a danish candy called "laberlaver og de orange stykke i en pose lakridskonfekt". Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Huge thanks to AskDrTodd and his dad for arranging this for me. The aroma is vanilla, chocolate, nuts, and more - it reminds me of a chocolate brownie! The flavor is chocolate, vanilla, and obvious roasted malts as well. The flavor is a bit harsher than the aroma via the roast, but itís really not bad!

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
32oz growler provided by DuffManSW. Rating #89. Dark brown with a red hue to it and a light brown head that spread out fairly quickly. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla very nice. More sweet chocolate and a touch of vanilla are well represented in this one , very tasty stuff. (1197)

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
The aroma of sweet vanilla soda to sum it up. The appearance is rich, dark, and clear with a creamy decent head. The flavor of vanilla and smoky notes on top of a crisp brown ale. It is very smooth, the kind you could drink for a while.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Served from a growler thanks to Caleb while waiting in line at the Veritas 007 release. The appearance is a nice amber brown with a white head. The flavors and aromas are rich with creamy vanilla, toasted malts, and a hint of caramel. The mouth was very creamy but lacked some carbonation underneath, I guess this could of been from the growler. Overall a solid brew.
