3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From notes - 06/24 - Pint pour appears cloudy brown/orange with a full two finger head (begins separating after a minute). Nose is orange and champagne with citrus and sharp spiciness. Flavor is similar, orange and clean hops, spiciness, effervescent, sharp. Medium body. Surprisingly I enjoyed it, but didn’t think I would.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a amberish copper with small white head and decent lacing on tap. Aroma is very much of fresh malts and grains, with a slight citrus, pineapple, guava lingering note. Taste is pretty much similar to the smell, kind of jai alai light. Good beer, but slightly lacking from cigar city.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
6/22/12. On tap. Slightly hazy orange pour with a small khaki head that fades but laces a bit. Light fruity aroma, some tropical aspects, with definite caramel maltiness and a hint of alcohol in there. Sweet caramel malty flavor with punches of tropical fruit and bubblegum. Not bad.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Proof. Orange pour with a finger light tan head. Aroma is resiny citrus and pine. Tastes are on the bready side with resin, tropical fruit (like jai alai), and caramel malts. Moderately bitter. Tinny vibe. Below average by CC standards.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Tap 42. Deep coppery gold, lovely even coat of lacing. Burly hop aroma, ripe whole grapefruit. Its like inhaling the tree. The flavors steer the beer in a while other direction , adding sturdy toasty malts as well as bay leaf and cedar to the body. The result is a well-balanced, well-structured, characterful IPA that is easy-going at the same time.

Draft at World or Beer in Land O Lakes. Pours a mostly clear copper amber color with a foamy white head. Good bit of lacing along the glass. Aroma and flavor are hoppy, but fairly subdued when compared to most IPAs these days. Nice overall flavor though with a slightly dry aftertaste and a bitter finish.

Pours nice mid amber with a nice lacing. Hints of resin that drives into a more mild (CC) IPA. The notes of pine and grapefruit have a nice bitter balance with some light backing malt into a mid lingering finish.
