Essentially black in color with minimal tan head forming. The bourbon seems to be a bit more prominent than the brandy, which is sort of unfortunate. Quite a bit of wood and roasted malt with a bit of dark chocolate. The flavor has a more pronounced liquor character with vanilla and wood being well represented, as well as the bourbon and brandy. Lots of roast with some sweet dark chocolate and fruits. Much better than the regular Zhukovís.

Another 750 CCB bottle shared with buds at Billís tasting. Had against the regular and Cedar versions of MZ. Pour was a deep dark brown with a minimal head and light ring of bubbles. Nose was mostly bourbon and molasses. Brandy comes out in the forefront taste, followed by brown sugar, vanilla and a good deal of bourbon on the finish. Medium palate with an oily mouthfeel. Still had some heat - but a nice brew overall and enjoyable to try against the others..
