Big Bottle .. . worst episode ever .. . Pours a deep brown .. medium foam .. lacing is light .. . light spots of rum, touch of pie spice, and a sugary roast .. . wasn’t expecting much from the ingredients list but it was nice .. . . that horse don’t take no guff from nobody!

Pours thick, dark, oil, and viscous in color with a small but beautiful cinnamon dark mocha cacao head. The aroma brings a beautiful lighter blend of sweet raisins, rum, and a bit of cinnamon, a sweet stout for sure with subtle additions. The body has lost a good bit of carbonation, but is still creamy and delicious. The flavors bring sweet roasted malt notes, some sweet sugar from the rum and raisins, but blended not distinct notes of each. The cinnamon is gone at this point. Probably even better fresher, but delicious overall.

I have never seen a beer pour this thick before - like motor oil! Rum rasin, alcohol, cinnamon, vanilla and a little roast. Very cohesive. A brut - rich and decadent. Lots of rum, but never dominating the beer. Sweet, but not cloying. A delight.

Rich and oily mouthfeel. Slight vanilla, caramelized dark fruits. I think CCB is about the only place around that I can really get behind their rum beers. The rum is a minor component for me.

Pours black with a mocha head, lacing and pure viscosity around my bruery tulip. Aroma is slightly boozy, rum, brown sugar and spices. Taste is smoother than the nose. Rum, brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon. This beer has the classic ccb viscosity. I love it!

A sweet one. Tons of dark fruit notes and a nice bit of rum but not overbearing.
