4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This bottled brew from a rating party poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized brown colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated opaque dark brown colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was brown malt and dark malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The nice flavor contained notes of brown malt and dark malt. Delicious and one I would certainly like to have again.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from an awesome trader. Aroma and flavor of medium roast coffee and vanilla. Just a solid, solid stout. This isn't quite an imperial stout, no matter what anyone says. Now, is it aged on a shit ton of coffee and vanilla beans...probably. Great palate. Great beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750ml bottle. Thanks to Matt for sharing... Pours a deeper black stouty pour but not as thick as Zhukov while topped with. A wispy light tan head... Smooth coffee and vanilla character to go along with some a tootsie roll and chocolate...
Flavors are more of the same with coffee and vanilla and chocolate coming through for the majority. Semi-full bodied with light to medium level of carbonation. Flavor and aroma vibrant and smooth throughout.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
750ml bottle via trade. pours siky and dense, maybe a touch thinner than the other cigar city imperial stouts, and sits black in the glass capped by a dark mocha head that leaves dense rings of lace. aroma is incredible and is best described as chocolate chip waffles with maple syrup and powdered sugar in a glass backed by smooth espresso, roast, hazelnuts, and hints of vanilla. flavor is remarkable as well with the smooth, sweet notes of vanilla nougat, maple syrup, and belgian waffles blending with dark chocolate, fresh roasted coffee, and subtle hints of dark fruits on the back end. palate is smooth, silky, and full bodied with a lingering finish reminiscent of french toast. overall, truly breakfast in a glass and another winner from cigar city.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle at home. Hopscotch is the man providing me with this incredible brew. Thanks man!! It pours thick jet black with a dense creamy medium sized light brown head. The aroma is hard roasted malt, wood, fresh roasted coffee and chocolate. Good hoppy as well. The flavour is chocolate, coffee, sweet cookies, vanilla, roasted malt, liquorice and oak. Vanilla is added in the finish. Some coconut as well. The maple wood is in the back not dominating at all which is a good thing. The coffee is definately in the front but not in the bitter cloying way. Great balanced and very fantastic coffee stout indeed.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 ml bottle served in a Half Acre snifter. Thanks to eorwar for the share.
A: Pours a dark black color with a dark tan head forming on the pour. It recedes slowly to a bubble ring that leaves some sticky lace down the glass.
S: Some bitter coffee grounds, espresso sweetness and vanilla upfront. Dark chocolate with a heavily roasted malt body round it out.
T: Vanilla bean sweetness, light maple with some milk chocolate. Roasted oats with a dark chocolate bitterness. Espresso sweetness with a black coffee bite to it. Interesting and delicious.
M: Velvety smooth with a medium heaviness to the body. Medium carbonation level with a sweet finish.
O: Sweet, but in a good way. The bitterness from the dark chocolate and coffee ground flavors was able to cut the sweetness and make it palatable. As always the great mouthfeel from a CCB stout put the beer over the top.
