Bottle. Dark brown pour with a mocha head. Chocolate malt aromas. Rich and smooth with dark roasted malt bitterness that wrestles with the lactose sweetness. Maple, vanilla, light caramel and chocolate notes. Just a hint of wood. Complex with a very good mouthfeel. Impressive.....

25.4 oz bottle. Pours a beautiful thick and foamy tan head atop ebony. Crazy lacy spots leave a sluggy trail. I’m surprised at how much the maple comes through in the aroma. The vanilla bean also pops with touches of smoke and sandalwood merging into cafe au lait and tootsie rolls. Body is silky, milky with a tang. Taste is coffee bean, vanilla, cocoa powder, wood and green plum.

Bottle. The pour is dark with light head. The aroma is very nice, but can't put my finger on it. The taste has a nice chocolate to it that finishes nice. Very nice beer.

Bottle @ JetsonFest III, courtesy of foppa78. Big thanks, Mat! Pours a really gorgeous dark brown/black appearance with a lasting dark brown head. Sweet, very dessert-like, vanilla bean, woody, kind of syrupy caramel, chocolate/coffee aroma. Somewhat bitter, root beer, coconut, rich vanilla, rich dark cocoa powder, just a touch fruity, milky flavor. Really fucken delicious. Fuck yeah.

Bottle at Vt share. Really wanted to try this fucker, thanks for sharing whoever brought this. Aromas of chocolate chip cookie, vanilla, malt, and a touch of maple. Flavor is a straight up sugar cookie. Also some smaller tastes of cinnamon, coffee bean, and maple syrup. Reminded me of stroopwaffel with a nice cup of joe to go along with it. Coooool.

First of all, let me just say this…I recently made a PB&J and the toaster acted screwy - neglected to toast a slice! (The other was beautifully charred, however.) And, while I was miffed initially, upon biting into the mistake…I was floored! Pillowy at first, then a terrifically satisfying crunch (the flavor profiles differed too, obviously - sweet then char. Amazing.) … This beer is a stout, brewed by CCB. Ipso facto it looks incredible. Smell is chocolate chip pancakes. Taste is much the same, with a subdued coffee presence (wish I’d tried this fresher, admittedly…)… Surprisingly prominent maple wood presence. Tastes kinda like something Struise would make actually? Or, hmm…maybe kinda like Brunch Weasel? Something like that. W/e - really outstanding shit. Feel is OUT OF CONTROL. Full and milkshake-y. Surprise, surprise - CCB has produced another winner. Thanks, Homer321!!!
