2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask... Cloudy straw-colored ale with no head. The bouquet is of cereal grains and orange wood. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. Grainy flavor, but loads of orange wood and moderate acidity to give it a little life - very little. Finishes tangy, bready and dry. A little reminiscent of chicken feed. Oversparged or overmashed. Meh.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at CCB. Aromas consisted mainly of spicy yeast, some citrus, lemons, and more yeast. Flavor is pretty consistent with the aromas but there was a hint more citrus in the flavors. Pretty good stuff.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft at CCB, poured a dark yellow, almost orange color, aromas of wood, orange zest, light spicy yeast. Flavors are oranges, light bitter orange peel, dry wood, and some light spice. Easy drinker for sure.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2012 Pours hazy yellow. Nose is yeast, citrus, fruit notes, orange peel and subtle wood. Flavor is orange juice, grapefruit, hints of dry wood. This beer is super drinkable. Love it. The best iteration of Cracker to date.
