I had to re-rate this after it warmed up. A totally different beast. Nose is pungent pine, and sticky citrus hops, sweet sugary tropical fruits and syrupy caramel. Flavor is smooth sweet malt, ripe tropical fruits, sticky resiny pine and bitter sweet citrus. Finishes dry with some lingering bitter orange rind. Very nice.

Growler. Poured a clear copper color with a medium sized off white head. Nose is big piney, citrus hops up front with notes of caramel and strong papaya notes as it warmed. Medium body with a great amount of carbonation and a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is bitter, earthy hops balanced with sweet caramel an papaya notes. Sweet, bitter finish. I actually think the papaya came through quite a bit and that it pairs perfectly with the Jai Alai base. One of the better CCB treatments I have ever had.

Pours a nice amber hue with a tall white head. Nice citrus aroma with mild more tropical fruit notes. The Papaya did not really come through very much. Lots of citrus, mild pine and a very light dash of the tropical fruit. Medium in body, smooth great carbonation.
