Pours dark w light to average carbonation that cascades(at least on the nitro tap that i’m having).... think guiness look. Tastes toasted nutty. Creamy. Smells neutral earthy brown.

Whole Foods, TLH, nitro tap. Pours tarry black with a melted-mocha-ice-cream head. Very dry, only lightly bitter. Toasted soy notes, slightly earthy, muted roast. Very, very smooth and sessionable. Mouthy, but not burdensome.

Draft at World of Beer, Fort Myers. Poured a black-brown color with a small creamy tan head. Aroma was creamy, roasted malts, light roasted coffee notes. Light chocolate malt, good roasted qualities, light earthy hop notes - very smooth and enjoyable. Once I said the name a few times, I got it. Hey, I was drinking.

This one poured a darker brown color with a beige head. Aroma was of dark chocolate, cocoa, and toffee. Flavor was similar, not very sweet, dry, good example of the style for sure.
