3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a gold with a tick head and great lacing. Aroma of peach, hops and sold malt notes. Taste follows, I get some oak notes although this is not white oak peach. This is a great ipa

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Firkin at Tap 42. Ugggly! Sewage slurry appearance. Aroma is all about peach meat and nectarine, sweet and juicy pulp, with a little of that red stringy bitter part near the pit. That nuanced nature persists onto the palate. Thank god this tastes better than it looks (which was due no doubt to its being transported today and unsettled). Thick and soft because of that agitation. The bitterness of the earthy, no-nonsense hop mingles and then marries the pit meat. Natural, fun, good.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Firkin, Tap 42. Muddy as hell - same day delivery, eh? Aroma is full of peach w some fruity hops underneath. Jai Alai base I presume. Tasye is muddy, w light peach and quite a bit too much alcohol in the finish. Well, not at all refined. Could be good, but gotta let it rest a day before serving.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at the tasting room. Aroma has tons of peach up front with a bit of hops in the background. Flavor is quite nice with a fair amount of tart/bitterness at first with some sweetness coming through in the finish.

On draft at the HI. Pours a deep apple cidery caramel color with a small white head. Aroma of fresh farm peaches, caramel and sweet hops. Taste is much the same as the aroma. Very nice and peachy.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Cask at Fermentation Lounge. Pours a super hazy orange with a small bubbly white head. Nose is oozing of canned peaches and not much else. A slightly sweet entry fades into peach cocktail juice and ends with a very long bitter finish. Damn fine beer.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Multiple glasses on tap. Easily my favorite IPA of the night and maybe my fave ipa from the brewery. Bright golden orange pour, vibrant carbonation, minimal head, medium lacing. Aromas of white peaches, pine, mango, wood, tangerines, and other tropical richness. Taste is peach, orange, fuely hops, finishes malty and not bitter at all. Mouthfeel was so smooth on this ipa. Awesome Brew.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Sampled at EBF on Saturday afternoon.
Poured a slightly hazy amber color with a stingy off white head. Smells of citrus and pine and peaches. Hints of bready and caramel malt underneath. Taste is resinous citrus and sweet juicy peaches. There’s malt in there but the peach flavor distracts me so much I hardly notice it. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet resinous mouthfeel. This is an odd combination, but damn does it work. I may brew one of these.
