On draft at Fruit in the Room. Pours a light to medium brown with an off-white head. Nose is some caramel and biscuity malt followed by tart dark fruit and hints of dark berry. Flavor is similar to the nose with the pomegranate working off the end of the biscuity malts. Not bad, but not far removed from the regular version.

Tap at FITR. Pours a light brownish pour with a thick white head. Fruity, caramel malt and earthy aroma. Light fruit and nice English malt body is tasty, but the fruit doesn’t really come through.

Pours a hazy amber. Nose is grainy, hints of sugary fruits. Flavor is slightly tart fruit, not much removed from the regular bitter.

Poured at Fruit in the Room, a hazy golden orange color, aromas of pomegranate, and tropical fruuit. Had the pomegranate flavor up front and a bitter aftertaste. The sweetness balanced the bitterness nicely.

Fruit in the Room 2011. Aroma is mainly like tropical punch from the pomegranate. Taste is similar and quite fruity. Not much else to say but this is a good one.
