Raspberry Saison served on tap at HD2012.... pours a little like pink lemonade, a little hazy and topped with a thin creamy white to off-white head... aroma of earthy raspberry essence with a forgiving level of belgian yeast esthers. nice...flavors follow suit. decent fruit backbone and goes along well with the base beer. easy drinking in the sun.

On draft at Cigar City Huna Day 2012. Very much like the regular table saison just with that special raspberry kick, should be a no brainer. It’s a great combo and very refreshing.

Nice bright reddish/pink color. Lightly tart and fruity aroma, mostly berries and saison yeast. Flavor is raspberry, yeast, nice and refreshing to say the least.

On tap at Cigar City for Hunahpu’s Day 2012. Pours a light pink with a little bit of lacing. Aroma has hints of grass and of course tart raspberries. The fruit is subdued by the earthy graininess of the base saison. Very enjoyable and refreshing in the hot sun.

Tapped @ Cigar City on Hunahpu’s day. With a hazy red body and thin head, it most certainly didn’t look like a normal beer. The nose was a strange tart, mostly raspberries and dry leaves. The taste though.. behind all the bready, malty flavors was a subtle hop profile soaked in ripe, tart raspberries. Very session-able.

Poured a brilliant red with tart raspberry nose. Flavor is fresh berries, some berry sweetness. Mostly fresh fruit. Refreshing.

On tap for Fruit in the Room, I like the regular table saison and this is a great one off beer using that as the base. Poured a raspberry red color with aromas of raspberries. Tastes like the regular saison, with fresh raspberry pure added. Really nice beer for Florida summers.

Tap at Fruit in the Room event at CCB. Pours a deep red with a thin head. The aroma is a nice blend of fresh raspberry and Belgian esters, lots of subtlety. The taste is more of the same, with nice saison esters and fresh fruit mixing in perfect harmony. Great treatment.

On cask at St. Pete Craft Beer Expo 2011. Pours a somewhat murky yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt, some bread, some vague esters, and the hint of raspberries and raspberry seeds and skins. Flavor is similar with the raspberries kissing but not making out with this beer. Enjoyable, light, and sessionable.
