Pours a clear amber gold on tap with bubbly white head that dissipates to leave light lacing. Aroma is bready grain with a hint of wood and sweetness. Taste is more of the sweet than the wood, and about the graininess you would expect. Meh.

Draft at Proof. Deep golden pour with a bubbly white head. Toast, biscuity and caramel aroma and flavor with a pear fruity ending. Interesting....

Pours deep gold & crystal clear with a medium white head. Aroma is pilsener malts and something vaguely sour. Maybe (?) that?s the oak. Taste is strange, almost tart with a bitter finish. I don’t know about this one. Strange to me.

Pours deep yellow. Nose is heavy Oak, sweet malts. Flavor is dry wood, spicy oak, sweet malt and yeast.

Tap flight at the brewery. Golden color with a strawberry hue that may be influenced by the name. Aroma is caramel and hops. There’s something in it though that makes me sneeze uncontrollably every time I take a whiff. Time to stop smelling and start drinking. I like the balance or caramel and bitter hops. Oak wood rounds out the flavor. Medium palate. Good.
