Pours a clear amber gold on tap with bubbly white head that dissipates to leave light lacing. Aroma is bready grain with a hint of wood and sweetness. Taste is more of the sweet than the wood, and about the graininess you would expect. Meh.

Draft at Proof. Deep golden pour with a bubbly white head. Toast, biscuity and caramel aroma and flavor with a pear fruity ending. Interesting....

Pours deep gold & crystal clear with a medium white head. Aroma is pilsener malts and something vaguely sour. Maybe (?) that?s the oak. Taste is strange, almost tart with a bitter finish. I donít know about this one. Strange to me.

Tap flight at the brewery. Golden color with a strawberry hue that may be influenced by the name. Aroma is caramel and hops. Thereís something in it though that makes me sneeze uncontrollably every time I take a whiff. Time to stop smelling and start drinking. I like the balance or caramel and bitter hops. Oak wood rounds out the flavor. Medium palate. Good.
