golden color, aroma of toast, bread, slight caramel, citrus hops, same flavors, light, crisp, but kind of boring for CCB

Poured up on tap at the CCB brewpub with a hazy pale yet deep copper body and thin off white head. The aroma offers up sort of citrus sweet/tart candy followed by a modest level of sweetness and floral hop notes. The taste is a bit ESB like with sugar sweet enhanced spicy hops and getting toward a citrus note all the while there’s persistent resiny hop bitterness in the background. Amid all this it also pulls up wheat like grainy malty notes into the finish.

Very enjoyable. Obviously unfiltered, with some lightly sweet yeasty aromas at first, then a nice hop nose. Flavor is lightly sweet, crisp citrus, a messy finish. Pretty good stuff...

Draft... Murky peach-colored ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Great retention. Other than hints of bread and biscuit, I’m pulling no aroma from the glass. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Bittersweet medicinal flavor. Finishes mostly sweet. Meh.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a murky orange color with a minimal white head that recedes to an outer ring quickly. Spots of lacing here and there. The aroma consists of hops, sweet malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, grainy malt and pine. The finish is hoppy with a mildly bitter aftertaste. Decent overall.

Growler from the brewery. Pours dark gold with a thick off white head. Musty, earthy hop aroma. Taste is medium malt body, some residual sweetness and a fairly big hop bite to balance it. Decent Pale Ale, could be better.

On tap at the brewery. Big citrus (grapefruit) and mango nose. Cloudy straw. Explodes with fruit flavors. Bitterness jumps out in mid palate. Final sweetness fades slowly. Thin-medium body. Wow! A lot packed into this one, but it’s not overdone.

@Whole Foods Sand Lake, thanks Tommy-on tap-pours hazy gold/orange with an offwhite head. Aroma is banana, grain. As it warms, pine. Taste is pine/grassy hops with a little tingle on the tongue, grain, light malt. Nice session APA.

Tallahassee, Fl - Proof Brewing Company - on tap. Dark orange, murky pour, snow white head, nice lacing. Aroma has some light spruce accents, a bit of apricots and pears. Flavor is solid but plain, no real highs or lows. Hint of citrus bitterness, some maple syrup and honey sweetness. Mouthfeel is smooth - refreshing.

On tap at the Mellow Mushroom--an hazy, orange color pour with no head by the time it arrived. Nice grapefruit aroma with a honey, malty taste. Solid bitter finish with some lip smacking. There was a decent amount of lacing. $7!
