Pours a still brownish red with no head. Aroma of malt, slight vinegar. Kinda weird. Taste is odd, Oakley, weird and just not good. Really woody, and just dead. Not great ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured a dark red brown color, aromas of grapes, tart cherries, and a kiss of oak. I am not a sour guy, but here goes, flavor is much of the aromas, interesting beer overall, way better than the original sea bass, glad I got to have a pour at Hunnuhpu day..

An extrodinary interesting beer. A sour beer on red wine that normaly gives a sour impact to the beer. The pour is almost Purple when Holding the glass to the light. The topping is off White and frothy. The nose is sour with Lots of berries, strawberries, earthly notes and vinegar. The taste is more sweet than expected. Its a bit acidic with the Wooden notes shining through. The moutfeel is medium with a sour biting edge leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Draft at Redlight for sourfest. Deep reddish brown pour with a thick off white head. Sour tart cherries, grapes, adhesive astringency and cabernet aroma. Tart vinegar, cherry skin, sour wine taste. Finished dry and tart. Complex brew, but a tad too acidic for me.

On tap at 2nd Hanahpu release. It was a long day of drink’n - so really only have a score. I like the regular Sea Bass quite a bit and my only note from this was that the wine evens out the sour a bit. Other than that, I give it an 8. Would obviously love to try again.

draft @ redlight redlight for sourfest. Acidic nose with hints of oak. Pours a very dark amber with a dense beige head. Somewhat acetic with just a hint of roast in there. Followed by oak with an acidic finish. Pretty good!

on tap at ccb. poured hazy brown with an almost khaki head. aroma and flavor were huge cherry, caramel, and some vinegar. mouthfeel was amazing on this thing. I absolutely loved it.

32oz mason jar growler provided by sean. thank you sir... pours a deeper shade of cherry wood, almost mahogany and topped with a thin to medium light beige head... cherry, vinegar, red wine, and a touch of acetone abrasiveness in the aroma. some malt tones are buried underneath... flavors are smooth with red fruit, oak, cherries, leather. a touch of malts to counterbalance the sour aspects of the brew. nice smooth even-keeled body with a bit of substance to it. much better executed than its oak aged counterpart which was too heavily oaked and sweet. nice all around.
