Mild aroma and black pour with an incredible cherry taste and lingering and warning mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had this at the BA Hunahpu release. Very dark brown, the nose was sour cherry but not a medicinal smell, and tasted nothing like the regular bolita. This was my favorite beer at the release. I hope to see it bottled one day.

This one was well balanced, looked a bit like a Belgium but that’s where the comparison stops. Fruity and tart, I enjoyed it very much, give it a go.

Pours a murky brown with no head. Aroma is extreme tart, funkyness. Taste is awesome. Really tart. Yeasty. Banana. Palate is pretty good medium mouthfeel. Acid strips tastebuds though. Overall a pretty good beer

Pours a murky ruby brown, no head. Nose is huge lactic sour, sweet over-ripe fruit, sour cherry, semi sweet malt. Flavor is a perfect lactic sourness balanced by sweet and unripe fruit flavors. Finishes semi sweet with a biting vinegar.
