3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light golden pour with a thin white head. Fruity, slightly tart, Belgian yeast aroma. Has a nice light body, some light fruit notes, touches of spices in the taste. Easy going session Saison and it quickly became my wife’s favorite CCB beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: DEC 6, 2010 Draft. Pours a slightly hazed yellow color wih a snow white head. Nice lace left on the glass as the head settles. Aroma is banana and clove and slightly sweet. The taste has a nice citrus lemon quality along with the Belgian notes of banana and clove. Some minimal hop bite to it. Light/medium mouthfeel. This is a really nice drinking beer being well balanced and not too high abv where you can enjoy it all day.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the CCB tasting room pouring deep gold with slight haze and short lived white head. The aroma is full of light skin fruity esters like peach, apricot and apple as well as emitting spicy yeast, some cloves and some fresh malt graininess. The taste is similar with notes of green apples, peach and apricot mixing smoothly together along with sharper notes of yeasty spices and acidic citrus poking out here and there. In the background are notes of tart green apples and spicy hops drying this out into the finish. Easy session full flavor beer.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2011 On Draft at the Tap room, pours a deep cloudy yellow, little to no head as would be expected, taste is mellow, not quite watery but extremely drinkable, maybe a bit doughy. I found myself drinking this very quickly, quite amazing, perfect session.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head. Nose is subtle citrus, grain and mild Brett. Flavor is crisp grain, subtle citrus, lemon peel all melded with a Brett backbone. Absolutley wonderfully executed beer. I could drink gallons of this. Would love to see this in regular rotation.
