Draft. Hazy amber body, medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, some straw. Taste is medium sweet, bread, some spicy, light straw, sour. Light-medium body, low carbonation.

On tap at Churckey for the Funky Buddha and CCB event. Clear golden amber. Merangue and lemony custard lead to cheesy herbals and awesome yeasty dough character. Medium body with low carbonation.

Hazy yellow. Aromas of resin, basil, vegetable. Palate is full bodied, creamy, balanced, herbal. Tasty.

Tap flight at the brewery. Light straw colored pour with a thick white head that laces very well. Aroma of lemon and wet hair. Taste is very much like a wheat ale. Wheat malt flavor and a hint of lemon.

Musty yeasty aromas with sweet malts. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a thick white head. Funky malty with citrus notes and sweet bready malts with spicy yeast flavors, coriander and nutmeg with hints of cinnamon. Clean refreshing finish. Great session brew!!!!

On tap at RnH. Apricot colored with enormous white fluffy head and active lacing. Immediate aroma of honey and hints of undistinguishable tropical fruits. Flavor is heavy on lemon with notes of honey, grass, and pineapple. Unfortunately, flavors and mouthfeel fade quite quickly. Overall, a very drinkable saison, but would have liked some more complexity in aroma and flavor profile.

Simple and little wheaty Saison... Hay and crisp husk in taste. Overall soft and mild.

Hazy gold with a billowing white head. Medium-full body with medium carbonation.
Aroma: tart wheat with some light funkiness.
Taste: tart, mildly funky.
Very good and sessional, exactly what i was hoping for.

Tap. Moderate hay note for the malt, light to moderate lemon for the hops, moderate barnyard and musty for the yeast, with hints of apple and white wine. Head is average size, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is clear light amber. Flavor starts faintly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately acidic and slightly bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, watery with a lively carbonation and a lightly dry finish. A refreshing and light Saison, but maybe just a little too light.
