In short: A refreshing, very fruity moderately barnyard and floral blonde Saison. Very nice.
How: Fresh growler sent to me by Maltzilla, thanks a lot Diego
The look: Cloudy yellow-blond body topped by a small white head
In long: Nice barnyard nose with lemongrass and flower petals. Taste is uber-refreshing, tropical fruits (peaches, mangos, pineaples), flower petals, barnyard, young tart apples, lemon zest, bread dough, yellowed grass. No bitterness to speak of. The beer feel doughy and juicy from the start but the finish is actually nicely dry. This is a surprisingly nice restrained beer from CCB, a brewery that usually goes throws everything at you. Also the beer doesnít feel woody at all, I would have never guessed this is a Saison made with tables.

Draft at Caponeís, Pours hazy gold with white head. Nose was floral, funky, with a main citrusy and hoppy body with funky and peppery undertones. Very smooth and drinkable.

Ccb table saison 12/13/10 clear golden yelow. Growler... more like medicine bottle from dak. A and f are pretty textbook... Not a bad thing. Straw, wet, noble hops, lemon, minerals. Dry and crisp. Very easy to drink with lunch.... which is a pretty good thing by my standards. 7/3/7/4/15+

On tap at proof. Funky grain aroma. Tastes are bready, straw, lemon bitter and clove. Has a salty seawater vibe. Interesting.

Review from notes at World of Beer - Fort Myers on 9/17/11. Poured on draft into a tulip. Appearance: Cloudy medium gold with a 3 finger foamy snow why head. Excellent lacing. Smell: Wine grape hulls with a touch of vinegar. Taste: Light grains up front followed by a touch of sourness ending with a decent hoppy finish. Mouthfeel: Light-to-medium-bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Drinkability: Good drinkability. The low ABV% means you could drink several of these. Overall: Pretty good beer overall. Itís below the very high standards of Cigar City, in my opinion, but itís still a solid beer. Not my favorite saison by any means, but itís worth a shot.
