Cloudy, golden yellow brew with a thin white head, some subtle lacing. fruity and light floral hop, a little spicy and peppery. Fruity yeast notes in the taste with a solid barnyard funk.. Great saison and very easy drinking.

On tap at the WOB. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Slight funk and citrus aromas. The taste is light and refreshing with airy floral notes, Belgian yeast, herbs, and lemon zest.

Tap at Green Room Brewing in Jax Beach, FL. The pour is a hazy, ultra light yellow with a large, healthy, bright white head. Heavy effervescence. Large webby lace. Nose is mildly funky with lemon zest and oatmeal. As it warms it comes across as normal Belgian yeast phenolic like Duvel. Taste is oatmeal heavy with a small lactic sour tinge. Yellow apples and apricot comes through but the beer is still on the sweet side for saison and on the Duvel side of Belgian strong ale. Not really super on style, but refreshing. Palate is a little fuller than wanted.

Poor is opaque yellow decent lacy head. Smell is very earthy with a little corriander. Taste is also like plowed dirt banana peppers old Orange peel. Pretty good it is what is advertised.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Fermentation Lounge - on tap. Dark orange pour, nice white puffy head that leaves plenty of lacing. Sour aroma, some barnyard notes. Flavor is sour as well and a bit odd for a Saison in my opinion. Has those same barnyard notes found in Orval that I find interesting, but not all that appealing. Some brief spicy and citrus notes redeem it somewhat. Thick enough mouthfeel.

Draft at CCB. A cloudy straw color with a strong white head. Scent is floral with lemon and bread. Taste is lemons and yeast. Good stuff

A good example of a Saison that pours hazy light amber with citrus notes. these then dive into a light citrus and yeast driven mouthfeel with a crisp refreshing finish.

Had on tap at cigar city, pours a nice hazy yellow that emits aromas of straw, yeast, lemon, and apricot. Tastes are the same, a very nice session beer, that is true to the style.

Growler from CCB. Snifter pour. A lot of fruity esters on the nose: Lemon, guava, apricot, and peach. Also, notes of grain and yeast. Almost earthy and straw-like. Interesting and fresh. Like taking a walk through a farm. Poured a pleasant light orange/yellow color with no haze and a thin head with big bubbles and tight lacing. Taste was fruity with lemons and acidic qualities coming through. A slight sour is balanced out by flavors of honey and grainy malts. Again, quite fresh but left a dryer finish with a little bit of a bitter at the end. All around great stuff.

Sample at the tap room. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of herbs, fruit and yeast. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, fruit and yeast. The finish is fruity with notes of yeast and spice left behind. Above average overall.
