(Draught) Pours a cloudy straw body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon peel, florals, dough, and grass. Flavor of lemon, subtle soap, grass, yeast, and florals.

Slightly hazy pale amber. The aroma has some light doughy/bready notes and coriander spice. Spicy at first, with light pale malt character, but then finishing quite tart - tarter than I would consider balanced.

Draft. Hazy amber body, medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, some straw. Taste is medium sweet, bread, some spicy, light straw, sour. Light-medium body, low carbonation.

@Orlando Brewing-on tap-pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is tart lemon, light malt. Taste is tart lemon, light malt, yeast.

Draft. Poured a cloudy golden color with an average fizzy frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate malt, citrus and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a slick smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium complex sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend as a session beer.

Cask… Murky yellow ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Excellent retention. The bouquet is bready, doughy, a smidge phenolic and just a tad herbal/rooty – lightly toasted white bread, a whisper of clove and a rumor of sassafras. Medium-bodied with a mildly creamy mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. The flavor is acidic up front and a touch spicy on the backside. Finishes faintly tart, delicately bitter, and then fairly dry. Nice session brew.

Draft at the source. Cloudy variegated golden yellow, medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit bubblegum. Taste is citrus and straw. Nice.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medium and hazy yellow color with a small sized head. Aromas of citrus, cloves, and yeasty. Tastes of fruitiness, rinds, spices and citrus.

Awesome gold pour with a white head. Dusty notes of apples, spices, lemons and yeast. Flavor is nice and lemony, earthy, spices, toothpick. Damn great saison!

Hazy lemon yellow with a decent bright white head. Good fruity aroma but with a slight hint of vegetables. Straight down the line light saison. Very zesty. A little bit thin and lifeless. Would benefit a great deal for being cask conditioned. Nice beer but uneventful.
