Assuming this is the brew the bartender passed me @ CCB. He stated that it was Big Scotch aged with cocoa nibs and cherries...whatever it was it was absolutely delicious!!! RIch caramel, assertive chocolate notes, toffee, vanilla, and tart Bing fruitiness. Dangerously drinkable...

Pours a nice dark brown...and the aroma is awesome! Nutty, coffee, chocolate, toffee. Flavor is sweet with a great hit of chocolate, coffee, leading to some rich red wine qualitites. Great brew that I am very gracious to have tried!

Second to rate... dang you Danny! This is the closest thing I have given to a 5 yet. Pours without much head and lacing. Some deep caramel malts interweaved with some great chocolate. Wow, this was amazing.

11/18/10. First to rate! On tap. Deep brown pour with a thick khaki head that lasts forever. Sweet barrel aroma with plenty of malty caramel and chocolate. Sweet caramel flavor with a tannic bite and big hints of chocolate and even coffee. Nice creamy mouthfeel!
