3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draft at Cigar City, poured a red color with aromas of wood, light caramel, light pine, and some light hops. Flavors are the same with some light vanilla, interesting, wish there was more hops like original brew, the wood must of killed them.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
POurs a murky amber with notes of wood on the forefront. The wood notes show up and lets in a bit of the malt and hops to try and round out the overall feeling. This was on a firkin and drank very well if you are a ’wood’ person. I liked it!

Cask @ CCB. Pours a red orange, no head. Nose is huge fresh wood that almost gives spearmint notes. Flavor is floral, fresh wood, spice and malt. Not bad. maybe too woody.
