COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Tocobaga lived off the bounty of Tampa Bay hundreds of years before the arrival of the Spanish in the 1500’s. They were potters, tool makers and the only Florida natives to grow maize. The large platform mounds they built are still with us today, with one of the largest found near Old Tampa Bay in Safety Harbor, Florida. Climb to the top, and with a little imagination, you can see Tampa Bay as they did. Graphic design by Eric Swanson. Recipe by Tim Ogden.

Hazy deep amber - red beer. Good pale cream coloured head. Nice nose of red berry fruits and hops. Softish palate but with good carbonation. Good malt base, not that sweet. Nice piney hops. Red berry fruits follow the nose. Finishes with orange citrus. Really nice red.

Bottle, 12oz. A gusher, producing a small, off-white head over an unclear, amber-colored body. The aroma is lighlty sourish, milky, with a nice hoppyness mostly overpowering the sourness. Pine cones and caramel maltyness too. The flavor has less sourness, but it’s there for sure. Caramel maltyness, pine cones and a nice bitterness too. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Bitter, fruity finish with some maltyness. Except for the sourness it’s a nice one. 140111
