Tap. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy complex hop and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

hopscotch (8543) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 3, 2012
Draft... Lightly hazed golden ale with a small creamy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet offers heaps of juicy, citrusy, tropical fruits flanked by a nice suggestion of peppery cedar. Light to medium-bodied with stinging carbonation. Zippy, fruity, easy drinking flavor that approaches perfect balance. Short, crisp, snappy finish. Brewed on premise at the SW Airlines terminal of the Tampa airport by Ben of CCB on a small pilot-batch system. Super fresh and crazy refreshing.

Sample at the tap room. Pale yellow-gold color with a thin bone white head that burns away gradually. Stringy lacing on the glass. Floral hops, spice and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, coriander and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tap at Tampa airport: Pours a clear deep bronze with a small froth of clingy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with some herbal cedar and a touch of piny hops. Body starts with decent fullness and carbonation with a light sweetness and some grainy notes along with a good amount of hop bitterness before a drier, bittersweet finish. Fairly smooth, but could use some more flavor and aroma hops.

deyholla (5974) - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has cedar and biscuit up front with a hint of backing citrus. Flavor has a nice light grassy note that works with the cedar but the finish has a bit more bitterness with a hint of biscuit.
