Pours a reddish brown color. Tart aroma with sour cherries, stone fruit, vanilla, herbal notes. Flavor is tart, vanilla, sour fruit, light herbalness. Really a cool beer.

On draft at Cigar City for Hunahpu Day 2011. Pours a murky brown with a white-ish head. Nose is funk, sour, lactic, sweetness, and an overripe fruit or two. There is also a hint of vanilla that is trying to swim through the lake of sour. Flavor is similar- it has the tartness, lactic, yeast, and bite of Vuja with the sweet and calming qualities of the oak barrel. Very nice conglomeration of flavors.

Pours a murky brown. Nose is lactic sour, unripe fruits, some weird medicinal notes, floral notes and hints of dry wood. Flavor is much the same. Dry wood, all sorts of rotten fruit and flowery notes slightly drowned out with huge amounts of acid.
