Thanks for sharing, Jason! The beer was the highlight of the evening. It pours to a deep mahogany body that is extremely hazy with a creamy dark tan head. The aroma is sour. Things like rhubarb and currants. Elderberry like St. Germain. The flavor is very tart with rhubarb, currants, Flemish yeasts, and acetic sourness. The palate is rich and medium bodied. Tart and acidic. A little aceticness. Amazing beer!

Sampled at 2011 RBWG. Pours a cloudy amber with a thin head. The nose is acidic aspirin and sour fruits. The taste is vinegar, light salt water and unripe fruit. Nice.

Bottle shared with MesandSim, cheers mate! Poured a dark and murky purple brown with a thin pale cream head. Aroma is nowt less than a nine. It’s a fruity jangle of acidic fruity madness, great strength, meat, hints of mild chocolate and caramel, lots of tarty sour awesomeness, some dryness. I wish I could get Cigar City beers here. Belting beer.

Thanks Tim and Rachel. Deep muddy red with tan head. Aroma of red wine vinegar and red fruit. Tart. Sour. Very sour cherry raspberry. I wish there were more bottles of these around.

Three year old bottle shared thanks to Tim and Rachel! Pours an opaque brownish red with fluffy tan head. Aroma is heavy sour, dark fruits, tannic wood notes. Taste follows, hints of phenolic bitterness. No hint of the booze, awesome.

Bottle courtesy of thebaldwizard. Cloudy deep garnet amber with a large peach tinged head. Tart lactic berry and funky barnyard aroma. Sour fruity berry, hibiscus, barnyard funk, and oak flavor. Just enough sweetness to balance out the sourness. Also a very slight bitterness in the finish. Medium body, lively carbonation. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Dark cherry colored pour with pink head. Very tart cherry and acetic aroma tones. Flavor isn’t overly acid tart like I was anticipating. Tart fruit and candy like tones.
