COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an American White Oak-aged version of Jai Alai India Pale Ale. The white oak adds smoothing notes of vanilla and slight hints of dill to the aroma and flavor profile. The finish is elegantly dry due to the light tannin notes from oak aging and though still loaded with hop flavor, hop bitterness is more restrained.

Bottle from EricAndersNavy, thanks! Orange amber color. Melon, grapefruit, vanilla and oak in the aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with melon, pineapple, lychee, oak, some earthy oily hops, but the hops are not too prominent. Well balanced. Excellent IPA.

Bottle, many thanks to Greg. It pours hazy orange-amber with a medium beige head. The nose is pine, earth, resin, light peppery, white grape, blood orange and raisin. The taste is pine, earth, light toast, white grape, green apple, orange peel, earth, light dough and spice with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Flavoursome and well-balanced. Who would have thought a barrel-aged ipa would taste so good?!

Sample at the tap room. This brew pours a hazy orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, grapefruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, wood, vanilla and malt. The finish is fruity with a nice oaky citrus aftertaste. Good beer all around.

12oz bottle. Poured a cloudy golden color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of wood with citrus. Tastes of wood, citrus, vanilla, and caramel. Side x side with the regular version, and I liked this one more.
