COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an American White Oak-aged version of Jai Alai India Pale Ale. The white oak adds smoothing notes of vanilla and slight hints of dill to the aroma and flavor profile. The finish is elegantly dry due to the light tannin notes from oak aging and though still loaded with hop flavor, hop bitterness is more restrained.

At my place with Taylor and Jake, thanks to Matt and Kristin! Pours bronze-orange, not clear. Aroma is dry watermelon fruit, light fresh oak, dry Melon, musky. Taste is fruity hops, delicious hops I want to drink a shit load of. It is clique but the taste has a distinct oak flavor that is a unique note that stands on it own. A really nice fruity, not yeasty, delicious fruity hops brew.

Clear, golden color, fluffy head. Lots of wood and orange peel in the aroma and taste, with a medium bitterness. Creamy, medium body. Delicious!

Got this can from a free beer contest. It's going on 4 months old now. Really want to re-rate this one fresh. Pours a clear orange ruby red with a white foam head. Aroma is of caramel, some coconut, and big oak. Taste is sweet with a coconut aftertaste from the oak. Medium body and medium high carb. Pretty good. Can't image how good fresher.

This is a great one off from the great Jai Alai IPA!!! The white oak give this beer a different taste but well worth it. As a Jai Alai fan, this is just a good or a little bit better.

This is even better than the regular Jai Alai. The oak really brings out the hoppiness even more so. If you are not a fan of IPAs, donít bother. Itís an augmented hoppy in both aroma and taste. Dry finish with lingering floral and hop flavor.

It has a hoppy yet sweet smell from the oak barrels. It has a golden to amber color and cloudy. Minimal head. It has a bitter sweet taste. Medium body with a thick texture. Overall one of my favorite year round beers

12oz can, I love the original but the oak aging really takes this one up a notch! Fantastic beer, so complex! Too bad itís so tough to find.

A - who knows, I drank it from the can. S - interesting aromas, reminds me of a pineapple dumb dumb. Notes of coconut, dill, pine and canned peaches. M - medium body with shiny bright carb. Dry and a little thicker end. T - a tropical sweet ipa. Canned Pineapple, coconut, dill, oak, canned peaches. Pine, lemon zest and unsweet ruby red grapefruit. O - quite good. Tropical. 3.8

Call me crazy, but I think I get hints of coconut in this beer, both in the aroma and aftertaste. Iím not a huge coconut fan but it kind of works here. Otherwise this is a very mellowed version of Jai Alai. Itís a smooth drinker but a lot different from itís non-aged sibling.

Candy in my mouth. The addition of white oak in jai alai kicked the ipa up the extra notch I didn't even know it could reach.
