Pours a cloudy yellow orange. Nose is slight acid, citrus and yeast. Flavor is mild sour, sour fruits, lemon and other citrus.

On draft at BA Hunnhupu day, pours a cloudy yellow orange color, aromas of vinegar, tart fruit, and citrus. Flavor is mild sour citrus, interesting beer for sure.

On draft at Cigar City for BA Hunahpu Release 2011. Pours a hazy orange-yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt, tart citrus, tart fruit, hints of guava, and a mild vinegar presence. Flavor is similar- a lightly malty, somewhat citrusy, and mildly sour ale with some mild tart acetic qualities. Very nice mildly sour beer. Light to medium in body and interesting overall.
