On tap Cajun sour fest. Got lots of fusel, dirty funk not in a good way. Slight phenolic.

on tap @Cajun Sourfest-pours brown/red with a light tan head. Aroma is sour medium fruit, some apple, roasty medium malt. Taste sharp/sour medium fruit, roasty medium malt.

Pours a dark murky brown color at the Sour Fest, aromas of light funk, tart apples, light cherry, and some rasin. Flavors are the same with a light rum aftertaste. Interesting beer for sure, not too sour, but nice overall.

Pours brown. Nose is sour, sour apple, sour berries. flavor is sour fruit, raisin, rum and dark cherries

Pour is dark brown with minimal head retention. Smell is oak vanilla and cherries. Taste is tart smooth though cherry fresh green apples and lime juice.

6/16/12. On tap at the Cajun Sourfest. Hazy brown pour with a small khaki head. Nice aroma of woodiness with vanilla, funk, and a dash of tart. Nice flavor with wood, vanilla, and some funk and tartness. Nice.
