Même si elle fait un peu absente en goût, voici une bière très fraîche et très rafraîchissante.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a diminishing frothy white head. Citrus-fruity, wheaty and yeasty aroma with of oranges, spicy notes of coriander and vanilla. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Moderately wheaty and slightly grainy taste with discreetly fruity notes and a present touch of coriander; sweet-bitter spicy and wheaty finish with coriander and hops. A decent Wit. 12.X.11

Blanche molto ricca nella speziatura (tradizionale: coriandolo+arancia amara; ma forse qualcos’altro); non male per una giornata più calda del solito. A Le Sous Bock.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Hazy orange colour, small hazy off-white head. Aroma is floral, wheat, mild acidicness, some earth and mild spices. Flavour is being quite much the same in a nice and smooth balance.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours a very pale yellow with a fine, white head. Sugar and some dough in the aroma. Very sweet flavor with perhaps some aged malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Faint yeast and dough. A bit too sweet.

MPA (715) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - JUL 31, 2011
Bottle (dmg notes). Clear golden with fairly large, short-lived head. Nose of citrus and yeast. Sour as well. Sour grape flavour. Rather high carbonation. Reminds a bit of a spontaneous fermented beer though not a good one.
