Bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with an off-white head. Sharp acidic, yeasty aroma with fruity notes. Flavour is sweetish and yeasty. Fruity notes and a dryish finish. A bit too much carbonation. 23-02-06.

Bottled. Golden beer with a small beige head. Pleasant, sweetness in the aroma, with some light caramel and a little nuts. Light fruity flavor. Medium body. Pleasant and very drinkable beer. (060210)

Bottle, at home. Orange with white head. Aroma moderate malty and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter/acidic. Light body, watery, lively carbonated.

Bottle. Vinous aroma, a little yeasty. Amber colour, very small head. Sweet and malty flavour. Bonbon aftertaste. Aroma and flavour have a slight sourness which does not quite balance it, but it begins to. Aftertaste gets quite yeasty as the beer warms.

Pours clear brown with little head but some carbonation. Sweet aroma and sweet malty flavour. A tad thin, but good.

Bottled (BBE 01/2007)
Clear amber color, small white head. Sour aroma with oak, malts and grapefruit. Woody hoppy, notes of caramel, sweetish malty backbone. Caramel and color puts this close to so called Bière de Garde -style, but is not so fruity than many pure examples of the style.

Bottle. Amber with minimal head. Butter (acid), esters, vanilla, fruit - pear, malt, dry finish. Medium-full body. Found the aroma to be slightly disturbing.

Clear amber colour with a small off white head. Sweet malty aroma with a caramel note. Malty flavor, some caramel sweetness and notes of orange.
