Swaroga (255) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 29, 2011
33cl bottle. Pours a clear golden liquid with a small gray head. Nose : Fruity notes (cherry, raspberry, apple). Floral honey. Grains and caramel. Sip : Sparkling body. Fine carbonation. Begins with little sweetness from caramelized malts and ends sour like cider and cherry. Balanced. It’s far from being a cider nor fruit beer. It’s a nice beer, nothing more or less. It’s a beer I usually don’t mind drinking from bottle.

Bottle at a pub in Lier, Belgium. It poured a clear golden liquid with a big white head. Fresh and fruity smell with some light malts, apples. Sweet and fruity taste with sugar and sugarcandy. A bit to sweet, but besides that pretty nice.

33 cL bottle into a Ciney glass at Domus in Leuven, almost a brandy glass. Yellow/orange with ok head. Aroma is spice and esters. Tastes bitter, sharp, spiced and reasonable. But there are a good few better examples of the type.
