4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Swaroga (255) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 29, 2011
33cl bottle. Pours a clear golden liquid with a small gray head. Nose : Fruity notes (cherry, raspberry, apple). Floral honey. Grains and caramel. Sip : Sparkling body. Fine carbonation. Begins with little sweetness from caramelized malts and ends sour like cider and cherry. Balanced. It’s far from being a cider nor fruit beer. It’s a nice beer, nothing more or less. It’s a beer I usually don’t mind drinking from bottle.
