Ungstrup (26193) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 14, 2003
A slightly unclear orange beer with a small but fast disappearing head. The aroma is fresh and powerful with notes of sweetness, alcohol, and fruit. The flavor is lovely, containing notes of alcohol, maltsweetness, and ending on a slight bitterness. A beer with a great balance.

Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, Belgian yeast, alcohol -- suggests a light body, yet a powerful one. Taste is fairly sweet, yeasty, spicy (orange peel, coriander), with warming alcohol in the swallow. Full-bodied, mildly carbonated.

Huge head. Hoppy and honeyish, just a bit smoky aroma.Sweet and very fruity with orange, pineapple and melon. Not much hopbitterness in the flavor. Rather bland and flat, but still the taste is ok.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2006 This beer has a goldenyellow body - hue apperance and a fine white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is acid with a light acid afther tast.

Weak white headed. Golden bright color. Aroma is malty with light grainy, herbal and hoppy notes. Flavor is malty too with a nice wheaty taste, ending in a slighly bitter and short finish. Light to medium bodied.

The wheat is very obvious. I don’t like it. It gets a little sickly. Otherwise quite thin and watery.
