Good beer, I thought it wouldn’t be like this. Better than I expected.

06-nov-2010 25cl bottle at home. White foamy head, nice yellow color. Sweet, but with a short-lived aftertaste. OK beer, but not too special.

Golden beer, with medium head. Fantastic grassy, almost herby after taste, very clean beer. A little too sweet for my taste buds.

Docela dobrý pivko, asi nejlepší ze čtyř vypitých na dobrou noc v Novotel hotelu Brusel.

aroma: hoppy nose appearance: dark golden, fine bubbly foam, not quite fully limpid, Flavor: dry with good hops Palate: fine, balanced, full and dry, no sweetness. Overall: a fine and balanced beer, sufficient hops prevent any sweet impressions from high 7% alcohol

Decent blond beer. Looks (and tastes) a bit like a tripel. Drank a 25 cl bottle at home. Nice head, nice aftertaste, sometimes a bit alcoholic scent. Maybe it’s better than decent, it’s actually pretty good.

Een mooie helderen licht gouden kleur. een redelijk zoete smaak van ondermeer fruit en mouten

Frothy head like you’d expect for a Belgian Brew. Served in a tulip glass @ La Morte Subite. Got a sense of hops and sweetness, but not too over powering.

I love this beer and it is a shame that belgian blondes are so underestimated by many beer drinkers and ignored by the beer snobs. This beer pours lovely clear golden with a small head that quickly settles as a vail. The aroma is honey sweet from yeast, flowerish also. Love it. The taste is golden, malty and yeasty sweet, quite clean, but with good backing from descrete hops. Finishes long with slight bitterness. Also the sweetness lingers on the tongue for a while. Nice. Nice texture in the mouth, medium full, and easy to drink. A blonde with character, I don’t care what anyone says.
