First had this in Bouillon in the Ardennes. Wonderfully sparkly summer ale: fruity and quite yeasty.

33cl bottle. Pours a clear golden liquid with a small gray head. Nose : Fruity notes (cherry, raspberry, apple). Floral honey. Grains and caramel. Sip : Sparkling body. Fine carbonation. Begins with little sweetness from caramelized malts and ends sour like cider and cherry. Balanced. It’s far from being a cider nor fruit beer. It’s a nice beer, nothing more or less. It’s a beer I usually don’t mind drinking from bottle.

The color fits the name. It is very flavorful with a slight bitter taste.

Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, Belgian yeast, alcohol -- suggests a light body, yet a powerful one. Taste is fairly sweet, yeasty, spicy (orange peel, coriander), with warming alcohol in the swallow. Full-bodied, mildly carbonated.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2006 Good one, although I prefeer the Brune one. BUt this is good, sweet but not too sweet, I mean it is a good sort of beer.

Draft. Poured a clear golden color. Head was thick, fluffy, and white with good retention and lacing like its brune counterpart. Aroma was of light sprucy hops. Slightly sweet on the tongue with fresh cereal grain, spice, vanilla, and malty caramel flavors.

Nice gold appearance, full head. Yeasty aroma. One of the better blondes.

Bottled. Orange-golden, rich head. Fruity bubblegum aroma. Sweet and estery with a pleasant lively fruit flavour. Dryish finish with more bubblegum.
