25 cl bottle. Deep brown beer, completely clear with a thick beige head. Sweet toasted nut aroma with a soft plumminess as well. Some light caramel. The flavour is a bit chewy with a soft spiciness and some plummy flavour. A little bit floury on the palate. Metallic and dusty. Not a great example.

Quite a boring little number. not much there in the aroma: one of those beers you have to search for smells. Dominant smells and flavors are sweet malt.

Herfstvakantie Ardennen. Gedronken in het hotel. Lekkere smaak. Een echt beter belgisch bier.

Pours brown with tiny head. Aroma is dominated by malt. Flavor has toffee, spices and chocolate. Not as good as their speciale.

[Odense Tasting.]
Low expectations, but they were not fullfilled. An okay brew with abbeynotes such as coriander, clear brown look, mediumthin corpus, dry fruits and highdrinkable!
