Robe auburn très claire aux reflets rouges surmontée d’une mousse jaunâtre en dentelle qui persiste. Arômes de levure et de malt caramélisé. Saveurs de métal, de caramel, de cerises. Houblon de soutien.

Aroma:fruity,plum-raisin,light caramel aroma.... Appearance:Dark redish-brown,good brown-beige head... Flavor:fruity plum-raisin,sweet caramel,not bad...

Dark brown colored with red hints. Little yellow head. Spicy and somehow syrupy aroma, mild chocolate and sweetness there too. Medium bodied. Flavor is overly sweet with syrup and spices, aftertaste has chocolate, mild glue tones and alcohol. Too sweet for my taste.

Bottled. Dark amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is raisins plum and some glue. Flavour is caramellish malts, burnt sugar and plum. Smooth, and hides alcohol in flavour, but the glueishness in aroma I guess is due to alcohol. Great palate.

Nice brown coloured with some redish tints. Small off white head, very little carbonation. Fruity malty aroma. Full body. FInish is fruity, light bitter. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Light brownish colour with a medium light brown mostly lasting head. Aroma and taste of malts and caramel. Nice beer.

Deep ruby colour with a small beige head. Malty, dark fruit sweet aroma with a vague roasted note. Dried dark fruit sweet flavor.

Bottled [BB 06/2006]. Dark ruby brown, medium-sized tan head. Sour milk, malty nose (bottle is too old propably). Fruity, typical low quality bruin with raisins, nuts ... and cardboard. Very metallic flavor. Don’t be fooled with Alken-Maes who calls this "Cuvëe".
