The bottle looks very simple, the beer in the glass is much better. Dark brown, creamy head. Starts malty and strong, a little bit alcoholic, also fruity with notes of raisins and liquorice. Soft fruity finish, well balanced. Nice!

Very dark brown, very small and quickly dissipating tan head. Nose is sugar, raisins and yeast. Taste has a lot of caramel sweetness, malt, yeast and spicy notes. Smooth mouthfeel, medium to thin body. Tasty.

25cl bottle. Brown with a little tanned head. Nose : smells typical dried fruits, a mix of malts going from bread, caramel to toast. Banana fruit esters. Milky. Sip : oily with medium carbonation. Sweet beer with fruity caramel, brown sugar start and going into very weak sour fruit esters and bitter toasted malts vs hops. Little toffee/coffee like aftertaste. OK

On tap at Mort Subite (Brussels). Poured a brown beer with foamy and creamy light beige head of medium duration. Aroma is caramelly and sweet, with hints of toasted malts. Flavour is spicy, malty, dry fruits, brown sugar, caramel. Dense on palate with a sweet final moderate long. Carbonation is soft. Texture is dense and oily. Body is high.
