Brown body, beige medium head. Lots of bubbles in the beer. Aroma of caramel malt, spices, alcohol, yeast (grapes?). Bitter-sweet flavour, light coffeeish short finish.

Dark blackish in color with light bubbly brown head. Sweet wine smell like grapes. Dark beer flavor with malt. Tangy alcohol finish with malt lasting on your tongue.

Ruby colour with a creamy short light brown head. Fig, prune caramel and mild yeast aroma. Sweet fig, caramel flavours. Lacks depth. Light spice in the finish. Nice though lacks depth and alcohol shows.

Soapy, cocoa-colored head. Copper briwn color. Slight hoppy aroma. Almost an apple sherry flavor with a little wood taste at the end.

Thanks to alobar. A second in a pair of this brewers offerings. Aroma strong astringent apple. Pour was a brownish copper. Flavor was apple and spice, definite sugar. Palate was ok I thought it finished nice. Overall not bad at all.

lots of apple in nose, pours a bronze color with a thick foamy white head, flavor is almost a hard apple cider, but there is a strong abv component to the flavor and the aftertaste. the apple and spices were nice and sweet, but there was too much abv in this one.. thanks alot to alobar for providing the ciney trifecta...i would have to say the brune was the best of the bunch,

Bottled. Brown coloured with a huge lacing beige head. Aroma of spices and dried fruits. Spicy flavour with notes of dried fruits and alcohol. Alcoholic and spicy finish. I just love dark and strong belgian beers like this.

Nice deep red, brown colour. Very nice and complex brew. Aroma of fruits and sugar. Spict taste, gets milder if you let it stand for a little time.
