COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after our three tanks that were tragically lost to the depths of the Pacific, Hop Overboard is a pale ale with West Coast beginnings. Overflowing with hop flavor and aroma, this pale lives up to its name and then some. Munich and caramel malt sweetness counterbalances the hop excess to a remarkable degree of harmony. Not overly bitter, this pale has everything you want ... just don’t go too overboard. IBU: 45.6

Served on Tap @ Brass Tap (Round Rock, TX) Smooth, great hop kick at the top, followed by malts and spice (from the alcohol)some citrus, then ending with more pine-like spices...a surprisingly dry finish...The carbonation is good There’s a good fullness. Present, but not ’too’ much fruity/sweet flavors...The final pine/spice balances the beer out wonderfully, nice hop finish...This one good, ....As I’ve recently moved from Seattle, I’ve been pleasantly surprised with TX offerings......Chasin’ Cheers :~)

Tap at Second. Pours a fairly clear light orange color with a tall white head. Aroma is hoppy, sweet and fruity. Flavor is certainly hoppy, dry, bitter with almost a passion fruit finish. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smell is fruity and bright. Taste is hoppy and citrus and fruity and piny. Taste is a bit thin but pretty hoppy. Not bad. Wife thinks it tastes like hairspray.

Actually not a bad brew! Foamy head. Tangy, hop notes. Copper color. Semi-clean wash down. Bitter aftertaste. Dry. Not earthshaking, but still a bit drinkable.

Nice hoppy aroma... bitter and floral. Beautiful appearance. Cloudy copper with a white head to stay. Flavor is a perfect balance between the malt and hops. Body seems heavy for such a light beer.
