Taste is sweet, yeasty, and spicy. long sweet aftertaste sk8viking (6028), Copenhagen, Denmark Apr 6, 2005 Dark golden colour with floaties and a big white head. Sweet light roasted caramel fruity aroma and a sweet dry citrus fruity taste. Medium body and a dry finish. JorisPPattyn (4216), Antwerpen, Belgium Mar 4, 2004 Orange-amber with flunky grey grey things floating around; thick, creamy head, yellowish. Oranges, ginger and Brett-like nose. Caramel, again citrus (orange) in the taste, roasted malts (sweeter in the beginning, but fast gone). Acidity in the palate. Fairly dry (I'm told even drier when young). Both acidity, alcohol and out-fermented sugars make the mouthfeel thinner than expected. Alcohol + acids give burning sensation. End of the bottle is Flunk with a little beer to make it liquid. Interesting and rare bee; well-worth looking for. Only one address: Bier Circus, Brussels as it was made specifically for their tenth anniversary.
